Born in 1932, Sheldon Lavin has more than fifteen years of working experience in financial consulting. Lavin opened and operated a financial consulting firm (Sheldon Lavin and Associates, Inc.) in downtown Chicago after school. In 1970, he accepted a job offer from Otto & Sons, Inc., which currently goes by the name OSI Industries. He managed to hold different titles when working with the company.

Today, Lavin’s CEO role at OSI group allows him to head several other companies. They include OSI International, Inc., OSI International Foods, LLC and OSI Industries, LLC. He also leads OSI Vista, also known as Vista Processed Foods Pvt. Ltd, as the CEO.

OSI Group has subsidiaries spread across the world to help achieve its business goals. They include meat, poultry, fish, specialty-dough products and vegetables.
