Luiz Carlos Cappi became the new Chief Executive Officer of the largest bank in Brazil, the Bradesco Bank. The corporation was established 74 years ago in 1943 in the Brazilian city of Marilla, but the headquarters have since moved to Osasco in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The Bradesco Bank is a global establishment serving clients worldwide through its more than 5 000 branches. Bradesco Bank offers services such as private equity, retail banking, private banking insurance, asset management, investment banking, and general banking, to name a few.
The Bradesco Bank has a long history behind its back and many accomplishments the institution is proud of. For one, it was the first banking facility to put managers at work into the area of-of customer service and bringing the leadership of the corporation closer to getting to know the client on the other end of the line. Another success of the Bradesco Bank is that the company was the first to launch a Popular and Juvenile Account.
The founder of the Bradesco Bank is Amador Aguiar ho passed away in 1991 at the age of 86, Over the course of his life, Amador Aguiar was a businessman, banker, and farmer. He established the Bandesco Bank and served as its Chief Executive Officer for many years. He was one of the four Chief Executive Officer the Bradesco Bank has had over its long operation.
Amador Aguiar started his life humbly and studied at the School Group of Sertaozinho. He then started working with his father on a coffee farm before he left the job and moved to Bebedouro and started a job in typography. Amador Aguiar later started in the banking business. He was 22 years of age when he was employed at Banco Noreste as an office boy. From then on he worked hard and made his way up the rank reached the position of manager many years later. Amador Aguiar changed many banks and many posts, but he learned a lot from each place he worked at and become a bank owner as well.

Up to date, the leader of the Bradesco Bank is Luiz Carlos, working as its Chief Executive Officer. The previous CEO of the corporation was Lazaro de Mallo Brandao who stepped away from the post at the age of 91. He was at the post for more than 25 years. Luiz Cappi received his education from the Sao Paulo Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences, and Letters located in São Paulo de Marília. He graduated Socio-Psychology from the Foundation School of Sociology and Politics.
When he was 17 of age, Luiz Carlos started working at the Bradesco Bank as a clerk. Over the next fifteen years, he would work on some positions temporarily before being assigned to another job, moving up and down the ranks of the corporation until he became the Marketing Director of the Bradesco Bank.
Luiz Trabuco has worked at the Bradesco Bank for more than forty years. He has occupied just about every position available and learned a lot about banking, and more specifically, about the inner workings of the Bradesco Bank which is now the second largest in Brazil. Now, Mr. Cappi is the President of the Bradesco Bank. He is the third generation after the founder Amador Aguiar and the former Chief Executive Officer Lazaro de Mello Brandao.
Other positions that Mr. Cappi is responsible for include the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bradesco Bank S. A., the Chairman of the Board of Elo Paticipacoes S. A. and many others.
