He has a management background of 21 years at GE in P&L (profit and loss) roles. Wakeman has a passion for building businesses by enhancing individual agility and the company, and by using a methodology which is proven that improves and assesses five key performance dimensions:

Currently, Glen Wakeman is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of LaunchPad Holdings, LLC that includes software service that is fully automated that makes stage entrepreneurs that are early to organize their ideas into a workable plan. LaunchPad ToolKit is made complete by a deep and broad library of suggestions and tips available for the guidance of entrepreneurs when they are forming their company and its supported by an ecosystem that’s extensive of advisors and capital providers.
Glen Wakeman was the president and Founder of Nova Four, which is an accelerator of business providing strategic access and advice to capital for companies that are developing. He also performs Board duties and CEO coaching as ways of maintaining the improvements.
He received several international, national, and local awards for his excellent leadership and commitment to the responsibility of corporate social.
Glen Wakeman received his MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the U of C (University of Chicago), his B.S. (Bachelor of Science) in Economics and Finance from Scranton University, and his Black Belt Six Sigma Certification.
